Returns - FURB Upcycled
We really hope that you love your FURB Upcycled items as much as we do. If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know:
COVID-19: We understand you may not be able to arrange a return as a result of your local public health regulations. In such cases, FURB Upcycled will be flexible in accepting late returns: the period in which a return may be requested will be extended to 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order.
Free return shipping is offered to customers located in Canada, the United States and parts of Europe including (Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom).
All other International customers not mentioned above are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.
To return one or more items from an order:
- The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- The item must be returned with the packaging in their original condition
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Face Masks: in the interest of hygiene, face masks are considered Final Sale.
FURB Upcycled reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact info@furbupcycled.com to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact info@furbupcycled.com and someone from our Customer Care team will assist you with the return process. FURB Upcycled adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
Please get a tracking number when you send your return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.
Please note international customs/duties may apply depending upon your country of origin. Any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs. Please mark your package as a return when sending back to us.
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, FURB Upcycled will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you would like to exchange your item please email us at info@furbupcycled.com to get a return form.
You can exchange your item for any size (permitted it’s in stock) and we will send the exchange back to you at no extra charge.
We will process exchanges within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and we will contact you as soon as your exchange has been dispatched.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.

We want you to wear and love your FURB Upcycled pieces straight away, so here’s the basics on our shipping and delivery.

Our International delivery option is DHL.
Delivery time and shipping cost.
As all of our pieces are made to order please expect to receive your pieces in 5-20 business days depending on the piece.
We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
You will receive a tracking number by email for your order, please use this to monitor your shipment so you get it right away. If your package is returned to us we do not stand for the shipping cost to resend your items.
The price for shipping may vary depending on your address (country).
